To avail the benefits of any scheme, it is mandatory to be a registered member of the organization.

The following documents must be submitted:

• Aadhaar Card
• Membership Slip
• Marriage Card (if applying for Kanyadaan Scheme)
• Education Certificate (if applying for Education Scheme)
• Hospital Report (if applying for medical help)
• Passport-size Photo
• Bank Details

Rules & Conditions:

1. The applicant must be above 18 years of age.
2. Children below 18 must be mentioned as nominees.
3. Individuals above 55 years of age can avail benefits under the Jeevandaan Scheme.
4. The mentioned facilities become effective after 60 days.
5. Each registration is eligible for benefits only once.
6. Separate forms must be filled for each different scheme.
